Psychological Features of Professional Demand and Motivation of Law-Enforcement Officers

<p style="text-align: justify;">The article considers the peculiarities of professional demand and motivational profile personality employees operational subdivisions patrol-guard service police. The sample is represented by 89 internal affairs bodies in age from 29 to 36 years, with experience 2-3 years. Purpose study: determine influence specifics activity, motivation social characteristics on for police officers. Methods: anonymous questionnaire assessment socio-psychological factors; methodology “Professional personality” (E.V. Kharitonova, B.A. Yasko); “Motivational profile” (S. Ritchie, P. Martin). As a result study it was found that activities officers their have significant impact overall level its individual components, as well adaptation, “turnover” psychological health specialists. Operational unit differ patrol (p ≤ 0,05) more harmonious personality.</p>
